Setup is incredibly simple: 1) Download and install OneController, 2) Grant microphone permissions when prompted, 3) The floating interface appears automatically, 4) Click the transcribe button and start speaking! No configuration or training required.

Yes! Our AI Correction feature automatically removes "um", "uh", "hmm", "like" and other hesitations from your transcribed text in real-time. The AI intelligently detects which instances are filler words versus meaningful parts of your sentence, giving you clean, professional results without any manual editing.

Retroactive correction is an advanced AI feature that can fix previous sentences automatically. If you say something like "No, I meant sales team instead of marketing team", the AI understands you're correcting a previous sentence and goes back to fix it—no need to manually delete and retype. The AI can intelligently correct up to 2 previous sentences based on context.

When you reach your daily transcription limit on the free plan, transcription will pause until the next day (resets at midnight). You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime for much higher limits or unlimited transcription.

All plans include AI Correction with filler word removal, grammar fixes, and retroactive corrections. The free plan includes limited daily transcription time. Paid plans offer unlimited transcription time, enhanced processing speed, advanced noise reduction, multi-language support, and priority customer support.

OneController requires an internet connection for authentication, validation, and AI Correction features. Speech recognition processing runs locally on your device for privacy, while AI correction uses secure cloud-based processing to deliver intelligent, context-aware corrections.

Your privacy is our priority. Audio processing runs locally on your device. For AI Correction, only the transcribed text (not audio) is securely sent to our AI service for intelligent correction, then immediately discarded after processing. We never store your transcriptions or use them for training. Your data belongs to you.

OneController offers two transcription models: English-only for highest accuracy, and Multilingual supporting 25 European languages with auto-detection. The multilingual model includes English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish, Russian, Czech, Croatian, Bulgarian, Danish, Estonian, Finnish, Greek, Hungarian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Swedish, and Ukrainian. You can select your preferred model in Settings → Transcription Model.

Yes! You can drag the floating interface anywhere on your screen, and it will remember your preferred position. You can also configure transcription settings like filler word filtering and processing modes through the settings menu.

Most people can speak 3-4 times faster than they can type accurately. With OneController's real-time transcription, you can dictate emails, documents, and messages much faster than typing them manually, especially for longer content.

Minimum: Windows 10+, macOS 10.14+, with 4GB RAM and a working microphone. Recommended: 8GB+ RAM for optimal performance. Internet connection required. Works on both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs.

OneController works well with most microphones, including built-in laptop mics, headset mics, and external USB microphones. While better microphones can improve accuracy, the speech recognition is designed to work effectively with standard audio input devices.

Yes! OneController is trained on diverse speech patterns and accents. It works well with various English accents (American, British, Australian, etc.) and continuously improves its recognition of different speaking styles and pronunciations.

Yes! OneController automatically adds punctuation and capitalization based on your speech patterns and natural pauses.

Our AI Correction system minimizes mistakes, but if needed, you can simply say corrections naturally like "No, I meant X" or "change that to Y" and the AI will understand and fix the previous sentence automatically. You can also say "undo text" to remove the last transcribed segment. This makes error correction seamless and hands-free.

Our AI maintains conversation memory and understands the difference between content to type and voice commands. For example, if you say "make that more formal" or "delete that last part", the AI recognizes these as instructions and executes them rather than typing them out. It uses your conversation history to understand context and provide intelligent corrections.

Simply say "new paragraph" and OneController will insert a line break to start a new paragraph.
